Managed the development of a boat making shop, classrooms and administrative offices for youth development organization in Hunts Point, Bronx. Oversaw the design, construction and fit-out for the initial space, as well as subsequent alternations. Currently developing plan for acquiring adjacent facility and tripling the size of operation.
