Bronx Community Charter School, Bronx NY

Oversaw development and construction of a new 30,000 square foot K-8 charter school that was completed in the Fall of 2014.  Assisted School in identifying potential sites and developing final construction scenario involving developer-generated building and fit-out.  Retained design consultants, oversaw design development, oversaw construction process and coordinated client move-in and post-occupancy issues. This project required vigilant advocacy and negotiation on behalf of the School with the builder-developer. The final project came in on budget and has been enthusiastically received by students, parents, educators and visitors alike.
